Join Montgomery Parks for Food Matters: Foodie Friday. The speaker series features regional experts that focus on topics such as land preservation, urban farming, community food projects, food access and highlighting stories from our area farmers, educators, chefs, community organizers, and food lovers. Three millennial food champions, Kristof Grina (Up Top Acres), Gabrielle Rovegno (Love & Carrots), and Myeasha Taylor (Dreaming Out Loud) will provide insight and expertise on urban farming, sustainable agriculture and roof top gardening. Find out about new food initiatives, how to become involved and ongoing projects in the greater D.C. area.
