Join Kidsinger Jim as he makes his return to Parks Playhouse Junior. Zoo In My Room takes the audience through a journey alongside Kidsinger Jim and his uncle, Farmer Stu, a singing puppet, as they grow their farm through animal adoption. Their animal family has both traditional and non-traditional new animal additions, but that is what keeps things interesting. The show features nearly life-size animal puppets, a unique and homemade barn set, and both original and traditional songs. The puppet show features dialogue and songs by the animals themselves, as they sing along with Kidsinger Jim and Farmer Stu about life on a farm. Some songs will focus on helping Farmer Stu make the farm more “green” and eco-friendly.
This event will be held at Wheaton Local Park on Monday, July 24 and begins at 10:00 am. Guests are encouraged to bring their own lawn chairs and picnic blankets for viewing.
