Community Survey for New Arts & Culture Facility in Wheaton

On behalf of Montgomery County, Maryland, we are interested in understanding the need, composition, and size of a potential arts facility for the Wheaton community. We are arts facilities planners currently assisting in the development of new arts & cultural spaces. To that end, we are conducting a study for a new arts facility that would serve the community and contribute to the cultural life in Wheaton. Our methodology takes into consideration the cultural interests and needs of the residents of Wheaton, as well as arts organizations that operate in the area. This survey is being distributed in order to comprehend current and potential demand for different types of arts spaces in Wheaton.  

This survey revisits some of the questions that were asked in the Wheaton Arts & Entertainment District Survey conducted in the spring of 2016 in order to ensure that everyone has a chance to offer their thoughts and insight.  Input from members of the community is critical to the success of this work.
